When u say feasibility you need to weigh out the benefits and costs of the website.

The benefits:
The reduced time spent by the bank staff on advising the customers pesonally. The lines in the bank are cut short as the customers don't have to go directly to the bank, everything will be done online. The bank reduces its costs as they won't need as much staff as before due to this service.

The costs:
Costs would be maintaining this website. Hiring more IT professionals ie network administrators etc.

You then need to decide if whether the benefits of this website outweigh the costs, if that is the case, the bank should go ahead and adopt this website.
