Case Study - They give you a real life situation and you are called upon to solve it. Problem > solution This is real realistic since it is happening somewere in the real world. This method is usually used once your taught, and you are asked to apply your knowledge to the casestudy.
Lecture - You basically sit there and listen to what he has to say, then you are suppose to be able to remember the info and what not. Tests usually come after this.
Experimental learning - Im not sure about this one
Simulations - Well let say you are learning about ventures, you create your own company and go out and sell your idea. You basically learn from your mistakes here.
Other - Anything that wasnt covered.

Why not go to the school or training center or where ever these persons receive their training and state your purpose, and ask for some references. They may want you to prove why you are doing this, so take all of your school credentials. I think you will also want to speak to the parents, or guardian of any one you choose. Get a signed permission slip from the to talk with the person. If you take any pictures you will need a release from them to have them published
in any way.

btw - you are incorrect when you say you will never do any of that in the classroom. 18 year teacher here and I am constantly keeping up on the research in my field.

You have no idea what a classroom is actually like. Once you get there, you might be surprised that you will actually apply some of that useless knowledge.
