You probably need to look at both service costs and costs per thousand copies. You probably need three small-to-medium business color lasers, and three small-to-medium business ink-jet printers. Ideally, the ink-jet printers should have been specified in the case study, as should the print volume estimated per month or per year.

I'm presupposing that the color lasers should be duplex, and should have network capabilities.

Here are some suggestions to what color lasers you can look at:
Samsung CLP-620ND
HP CP2025DN
Xerox Phaser 8560N

And some ink-jet printers:
Canon PIXMA iX7000 A3
HP Officejet H470b, 22/18 spm
Lexmark Interact S605

You could also consider the cost of using non-name brand ink jet cartridges - and the color lasers can sustain a much, much higher print volume than the ink-jet printers, so you may not need as many of them.
