Judging by your writing you are quite experienced. Since this is just the beginning I can't say anything negative about your writing. Out of 100 I'd give you 87.
Your sentences aren't boring and I like the way you avoid repetition. I like it.
Keep writing :)

Back-stabbing?We Answered:
Going into business with a "friend" is a good way to lose a friend. For the most part, going into business with a friend is a bad idea, unless it's a business you're doing just for the fun of it. It's when you join into a business venture, with the idea and the need to make money as a sole income, that's when things get difficult.
Obviously your friend is in it for the fun.
You have the knowledge to do the technical side of the services you market, while he has the knowledge to run the books, market your product or service, and get customers.
So, unless you know how to manage a business yourself, going out on your own would be difficult to say the least.
Did you contribute 50% of the capitol needed to setup and keep the business operational? Do you get 50% of any profits? Do you pay each other equal salaries?
Sounds like you need to CALMLY sit down, and have a chat with your friend. Tell him nicely how you feel, what you expected to gain when you joined into this business venture with him. Explain to him the reasons why you feel he can not run the business without you, and why you can not run the business without him.
The proof of a real friendship will tested by his reaction.

1. What is the function of restriction enzymes that naturally occur in bacterial cells? We Answered:
What is the function of restriction enzymes that naturally occur in bacterial cells?C. Restriction enzymes are intended to destroy foreign DNA that enters the cell.
Which of the following is mismatched?
B. polymerase chain reaction – process that separates DNA fragments according to size
What is the function of a vector in genetic engineering?
B. carry DNA into a new cell
Which of the following molecules forms lengths of DNA with "sticky ends"?
E. restriction enzyme
What is the function of a restriction enzyme in recombinant technology?
A. cut DNA into many fragments
What is the function of DNA ligase in recombinant technology?
C. link together newly joined fragments of DNA
What is complementary DNA (cDNA)?
D. DNA made from a mature mRNA template
When using bacteria to clone a human gene and express its product–as in the case of insulin–the gene cannot contain introns because bacteria do not have the enzymes to process mRNA. Therefore,
C. reverse transcriptase can be used along with a DNA synthesizer to construct a piece of DNA lacking introns.
What is the function of the polymerase chain reaction in genetic engineering?
D. make millions of copies of a specific segment of DNA
All of the following statements are true about restriction enzymes EXCEPT
C. they produce single-stranded complementary ends that can join together two different DNA strands.
To carry out a polymerase chain reaction (PCR), you must have the catalytic DNA polymerase and
B. the nucleotides to synthesize new DNA strands
Researchers are looking into using the p53 gene to bring about apotosis in cancer
cells.
True
DNA fingerprinting was developed after the year 2000.
False
Biotechnology is a completely new process that has only been developed within the last decade.
False
One use of transgenic bacteria is to produce a toxin that kills insects that eat the plant containing the toxin.
True
Because of the use of the polymerase chain reaction, linkage data may be gathered from the sperm cells of one man rather than from the blood of many members of that man's family.
True False (Not sure, but I think it's false)
Unlike bacteria, yeast which are eukaryotic cells have the capability of transcribing and translating mammalian genomic DNA directly.
True
A transgenic plant is more difficult to produce than a transgenic animal, because the plant must be injected with DNA.
True False (Not sure, but I think it's false)
What is a vector and why is it needed in gene transfer?
- A vector is basically a piece of DNA that can serve as a carrier for genes for the purpose of gene transfer or insertion. It's needed in gene transfer, because it contains the components needed to express the gene (transcription promoters, etc...)
Cheers then.

New "first time" build ... which CPU would YOU pick?We Answered:
Hi Lil' Rascal!Don't listen to these people who are saying you NEED a more powerful system. If you don't need a powerhouse for a PC, you don't need it.
That said, here are my recommendations:
1. Stick with what you have chosen for the CPU. Although the i5-661 has on-board graphics, I would suggest doing a little future-proofing and get a GPU. This way, if you ever do decide to game, you will be all set. I know of a few people who have this card (including my husband) and he really liked it.

2. I really like ASRock motherboards. They are mid-range and what I have in my current system. BIOS is easy to use and all the little features are easy to work with.

3. Since your motherboard and CPU are duel channel, I chose 4GB of RAM for you. It will be easy for you to throw 4 more GB down the road when it's time to upgrade.

4. Stick with the 750GB hard drive you have listed here. Unless you download every movie and song you come across, 1TB is really too much.
For your functions, this should still be viable for ~5 years. If anything, you will have to throw some more memory into it.
Grand total for all the parts...$594.95. Enough leftover for a beer!

Barrack Obama.........do you really want to vote for him?We Answered:
No I do not .And I am saddened that a man such as him could cause widespread adoration by ignoring and hiding obvious truths about himself. So many people are just riding the wave because they want to be part of the "popular" vote.Unfortunately, if he should win, the whole nation will have to pay for this horrible mistake.
