Employee Motivation Case Study
Felix Said:
Does this sound like a report that will get a distinction as a grade? We Answered:
"This employee must be capable of creating a ‘Service Standards’ for the business which will then be distributed to every employee. If possible, it should be distributed to customers as well to make them realise the level of service they can expect to get from the business and its employees."This sounds good but in reality it will only work IF the goods and services that your company provides meets or exceeds the needs and expectations of the CUSTOMER. It is the company providing the goods and services that needs to realize the needs and expectations of its clients.
It is up to the company to find out what the client needs and expects and then put your efforts into meeting those needs and expectations and don't promise what you cannot positively deliver.
In effect to be successful a company must be client satisfaction oriented in both service and quality control.
