You better get good at math quick. If you want to study finance you need to learn math. Caculus is a must for any decent finance program. A Good Masters of Science in Finance would require you to have taken at least through calculus III (or a math econ course that covers most of Cal III). You also will need to know about certifications such as the CFA and CGA. The attitude that it comes naturally won't help you. The CFA which is mandatory for most wall street type finance positions has a 33% pass rate for test 1 and about 50 to 60% pass rates for higher level tests. Intermediate Econ at a decent program isn't like high school econ. Don't count your chickens before they hatch. Its fine to dream big, but your not even in university yet, so don't count chickens before they hatch.

A large number of CRM projects fail, because it's a change in the whole organization, and some organizations don't realize the resources they need to put into it. I would Google CRM (and ERP) and see what else you come up with.

I think it may be a timing of production for products. I guess it would be textiles in your case. Like, synchronizing all the parts in time to get everything together efficiently. I'm not sure if it has to be each part done in a separate assembly line and they all come out in order/synchronized timing or if its synchronized so that everyone in one assembly line is always doing their part to get the product together in time...
