What should i say on time management presenataion? We Answered:
There are four types of projects:urgent and important
urgent and non-important
non-urgent and important
non-urgent and non-important
Everybody knows not to do number 4, but most think 1 is what needs to be done first, then 2. When in actuality, managing your time properly will put your work into 3. All your work should be important, and through planning, it will remove the urgency, so you can devote the time needed to take care of it properly.

The human requires 46 essential nutrients from the daily diet. Essential vitamins consist of vitamins, minerals, proteins (amino acids).Essential nutrients:

pls help me regarding hcv +ive case of my father? We Answered:
Hi ShahidHere are some ideas to heal the hepatitis C.
Cause
The most common cause of hepatitis is a virus that can occur in five potential forms: A, B, C, D, or E. Other causes include excessive alcohol consumption, drug abuse (including pharmaceutical drugs, such as acetaminophen), overexposure to chemicals, and, sometimes, as a reaction to properly prescribed medications.
In recent years, hepatitis C has been on the increase. It is most frequently caused as a result of blood transfusions. Typically, people with hepatitis C are identified either because they have abnormal liver tests or because of a hepatitis C antibody test. A positive test does not necessarily mean serious liver disease, however. People with hepatitis C may have no liver disease, a mild form of chronic hepatitis, or a more serious form of hepatitis that may progress over a number of years to cirrhosis. The usual indications are a positive antibody test for the hepatitis C virus, abnormal liver tests for more than six to twelve months, and a liver biopsy that shows chronic active hepatitis. Approximately 20% of patients chronically infected with the hepatitis C virus will go on to develop cirrhosis.
Note: Infectious hepatitis can be easily spread two weeks before and one week after jaundice appears. The feces of people with hepatitis contain the virus. Therefore, very strict toilet hygiene and hand and cloth washing should be observed during this time.

Natural Cures
Aromatherapy: Rosemary can help stimulate liver function.
Diet: Follow a diet low in protein and high in fresh vegetables to minimize stress on the liver. Also eat small meals throughout the day, and avoid foods such as refined sugars, alcohol, and caffeine, which cause stress on the liver, and be sure to drink plenty of filtered water. Drinking fresh lemon juice water every morning and evening followed by vegetable juice is also recommended to help liver function. Easily digested grains, such as millet, buckwheat, and quinoa, are also good food choices.
Enemas: Three warm enemas administered daily can help boost liver function. Do a Colon an Liver Cleanse asap to help remove the toxins out of the system.
Herbs: The liver-cell regenerative properties of herbs such as milk thistle and licorice can be helpful. Take 1/2 teaspoon of this mixture three times a day. Tumeric combined with milk thistle has also been shown to help alleviate the symptoms of hepatitis B.
Hydrotherapy: Hydrotherapy is the application of water, ice, steam and hot and cold temperatures to maintain and restore health. Treatments include full body immersion, steam baths, saunas, sitz baths, colonic irrigation and the application of hot and/or cold compresses. Hydrotherapy is effective for treating a wide range of conditions and can easily be used in the home as part of a self-care program. Many Naturopathic Physicians, Physical Therapists and Day Spas use Hydrotherapy as part of treatment. I suggest several at-home hydrotherapy treatments.
Juice Therapy: The following juice combinations can be helpful: beet, carrot, and wheat grass juice; or garlic, burdock, flax, and black currants.
Nutritional Supplementation: Supplement with vitamin C, beta carotene, liver glandulars, milk thistle extract, vitamin B complex, adrenal glandulars, lipotropic factors, pantothenic acid, free-form amino acids, betaine hydrochloric acid (HCL), multi-enzymes, and evening primrose oil.
Alternative Professional Care
If your symptoms persist despite the above measures, seek the help of a qualified health professional. The following professional care therapies have all been shown to be useful for treating hepatitis: Ayurveda, Acupuncture, Detoxification Therapy, Magnetic Field Therapy, Naturopathic Medicine, and Oxygen Therapy.
Best of health to your family
Cheers

absence management?We Answered:
Haha, I have a lot of issues with hrm and absence management where I work. its totaly rank. Of course they don't have stuff published on their website no one does most probably to protect themselves from critisism.Write to companies by post/email and ask if they can send some infor about your subject. I'm sure they'll give you some info on their policies.
Try justifying this, Three days off in the past twelve months like four and five months in between the absences, two which I could prove (cold and fever which i came in with one day took the next day off and came in again the next day feeling rough and couldn't even talk so all managers invovled in putting me on AM saw this, and another I had a arm injury which I also prooved with a specialists letter of notice) and one because my grandad had a heartattack and was potentialy critical and still is in a bad way.
My Manager is great but company policy says I have to be managed. This goes on for a 12 month period in which I cannot take any accreditations or may not be considered for shift changes or to simply move across or up in the company. So Im stuck where I am because I was genualy ill and the funny thing is all calls I had that day (call centre job) most customers told me I should be at home and the calls took me ages to complete but company policy does not recognise illnesses, or never mind the arm injury there is always another way to type efficiently within the time frame given. And I cant blame them for not being compasionate due the number of people using their grandparents, dead or alive!, to get time off work.
And whats more is that I do all kinds of tasks for which I have to be accredited for to able to do those tasks or have to have been given such position officially as to assume those responsibilities, but then they forget I'm on AM and utilise my skills and knowlege and because I haven't taken (or been allowed to take rather) the accreditations or am not in certain roles to assume those responsibilites I don't get recognition for it! Thats all changed now I've stopped doing OT when they really need me badly, and say no to doing tasks that I have not been accredited for or have no responsibility for, but the downside is that when I come off AM and go for new jobs I can't say yes I have done that or have experience, even if it is unofficial, or I give the impression I don't want to further myself so I don't get put forward for doing relevent accreditations. So I am now going to selectivly do 'favours' as that is really what it would be for certain people and under certain circumstances where I feel I may get recognition at some point.
As for HR they mess around with my holidays by taking off hours off my holiday allowance because I can't come to work because the company decided to close early on xmas and newyears eves. they take off bank holiday too off my hol allowance and they refuse certain days as I am the only fully trained person working on that certain day and so I am automatically forbiden to even request that day at any time of the year. I'd be wasting paper and doing wrong by the trees when I know I'll be rejected for that day, my only fault being I'm fully qualified.
What they say about hols- we add extra days/hours to the allownce for bank hols and xmas and new years and take it off as needed- somehow I can't see that then my hol allowance is next to nothing. Wouldn't it be simple to just keep hol allowance bank hols and special hols like xmas new years and easter where its not my fault if company in closed, seperate and keep it simple.
My friend has just moved within the company to another role and hr says that in this case he has gone over his hols allowance and owes them and he gets a new hols allowance from scratch within his ne role? Why not keep it simple. Hes in the same company based in the same building based around same project then just contue his hols allowance for that year? Why waste valuable time and admin on sorting out something that does not need sorting?
I don't know. Its above me even though I've studied a little HR. Sorry as much as I would love to name and shame the company I can't do it incase of giving myself a bad rep.
Good luck on your assignment.
