Pick any company that has received federal funds under the bailout plan. A good one would be AIG. They are in financial trouble, they take bailout money and they pay big bonuses. They have a huge public perception/relation problem in addition to financial/economic problems.

Human resource is a very broad field , some would even argue its more of a science than a policy , And you are dealing with the gambit of human emotions, and case by case determines weather its corporate or professional , government and public service generally will come under the preview of corporate and professional, your paper if its your masters Theseus It might change the way ppl are treated at the workplace , there might even be a NOBEL prize in there some ware (.My advise ) choose 3 different human resources scenario's,, and form a group and debate them , to develop the data to create your paper, GOOD LUCK

I am not sure if recently some changes happen but as far as I remember Arjunsingh is minister of the H.R.D....

But anyways admissions should be based on qualifications rather just been in some Category and to hold that seat for someone just because they call them self minority does not make sense and is not fair to deserving candidate...
It should be purely only based on credits...
