There's so much to learn & I've also just started studying.
Just set outside and study. I know what you mean, I'm desperate to go out as well.
Yes, it probably is worth it to study an extra few hours. Just don't cram anything in right up til the exam. There's nothing you'll learn in the last day that you didn't know already.

Just go through all your notes and make your own notes. Use colours & highlight everything you think you need to know.

I'd go with the sunbathing one. ET life is a bit vague and there are no real answers. Mobile phones safety is still something that people are not too sure about whereas with sunbathing you can write about both the benefits and negatives which are easy to research.
