What is a minority rationale in a brief casing? We Answered:
The minority rationale is the philosophy used by the minority. Basically when you have a rule, there is a minority and a majority philosophy both for and against the rule. Read the decision carefully and you will find it. It is easier to spot than you could imagine.Shannon Said:

Different microsoft word format thing? We Answered:
You tell us what operating systems you have (Windows 7 and Windows XP) but you don't tell us what word processors you have. In general, Word 2010 and Word 2007 normally produce documents in the .docx format, while older versions of Word produce documents in the .doc format.Word 2007 and 2010 can read (but don't automatically open on) and write .doc files.
If you download and install the free Microsoft Compatibility Pack on a machine with a version of Word prior to Word 2007, it will be able to read and write the new .docx format. NOTE: THIS WILL NOT GIVE IT THE ABILITY TO CREATE OR EVEN RETAIN ANY WORD 2007/2010 FEATURES IT DOESN'T ALREADY SUPPORT.
Hope that helps.

How do I insert picture captions in Microsoft Word?We Answered:
Since you mention a "reference button," I'll guess you have Microsoft Office Word 2007. Here's how to get a caption with it:1. Click on the picture.
2. Click the References tab on the Ribbon.
3. In the Captions group, click the Insert Caption button.
Hope that helps.

CASE INCIDENTWhat Drives Employees at Microsoft? The reality of software development in a huge company like?We Answered:
Huge questions being asked here. However, basic answer (and a general one) is that successful companies have the ability to pull the best from their employees. This is done through relational community, making room and encouraging the creative in all people and places to express their ideas and support in the development of those ideas.
In other words ~ the company must be people oriented.
I'm sure we can all talk about places people have worked where there are "suppressed" ideas and peoples voices are not heard. You'd be looking for the opposite of that here.
The creative needs room to breath and develop and its super if there is support and encouragement to contribute and be a part of something bigger than yourself personally.
A few thoughts . . . there are books written on this topic :)::)
