Joe Said:
i need help on a case study on Avco Environmental Services? We Answered:
Contact the EPA and the state polution authority if there is concern. Document the instances as best as can be done. There is a small chance they are not violating any laws, so asking simple questions is uasually safe. If what she hears is indicative of laws being openly violated, then she should act as her conscience warrants. Her position should not matter, nor should her education. As for company loyalty- in this day and age, few companies are going to be loyal to their employees- a company is there to make money. If she chooses to be a whistleblower, why would she choose to remain with an employer whose management will resent her speaking up? Chances of advancement become zero in most such cases.
