If you mean by "computerization projects", projects that require programming or "coding" then yes, this does happen but it is necessarily so. Each programming coding language has rules that follow a defined methodology. If you want to program efficiently and with success, it is usually best to follow preferred program routines and procedures. Usually the code will not "compile" without doing so. This is not to say there is no route that allows creative thinking within programming - sometimes the very way to overcome an obstacle that lies within the very method of following existing rules and practices, requires the programmer to look at the problem and program differently - thus establishing a new solution to the problem that is a unique and a creative use of the programming language. This is why programming (computerization) languages evolve just as ordinary languages do - for better or worse utilization.
