It means we study that particular situation in its pros and cons and conclude the right result.

for eg...
U can create a case study by collecting stats of last ten years pollution content in air of a particular city or town and form it in the form of paragraph question , containing what problems people faced, how are they trying to get rid of it and what government did in these ten years etc.

4. Compare these norms with actual data & make suggestive corrective measures.
5. Draft a nice lay-out.
