Practice Case Studies
Terrence Said:
I am doing case studies on auto erotic asphyxiation, can people please list their experiences? We Answered:
I have been practicing it for a long time, but I usually combine it with my other fetish of spandex. I do use a bag as i notice it's more comfortable and can last longer then a rope or other method. it really does create an amazing high, though this is dangerous i think everyone should try it once, cause they don't know what they are missing, but only if your completely aware of all the dangers involved. I also believe the bag to be the safest of the methods, you just get dizzy and light headed, maybe pass out, but the rope can hurt your arteries and give you a stroke. Jay wiseman has a great article on the dangers of breath play. But like I said the feeling of being enclosed in skin hugging lycra and the bag gives you a sense of safety as weird as that is, cause no cantonments can enter your air your breathing. So it's weird dichotomy. Anyways i do hope you find what your looking for and this helps you cause there are times where I wish I wasn't into this, so good luck int he research.
Mario Said:
a case study shows that people who practice Wicca or Witchcraft have more self esteem than others. Why is thatWe Answered:
In Wicca as in Witchcraft you are allowed to ask questions, judge the "structure" of your religion and make the proper adjustments for yourself. It is a HIGHLY personal system even if the ground work is the same. We have multi-Deities, multi paths and we welcome differences rather than expecting everyone to fall into place. We embrace science, art and every aspect of life. So perhaps as far as the grades go: we are used to asking question and seeking answers.Where in many other "full scale religions" it MUST be by the book! (you can fill in the blank on that one). The rigorous structure of Christianity is very unforgiving when it comes to questioning the flock, the word of God or scripture. I.E. if you think about sex you're bad, if you question your religion- your in need of saving and so on. The teen years most of all are hard enough on the healthy mindset of the average teen , imagine if every thing you felt and the changes you were having are sins in the eyes of your chosen God.
Christianity can be a repressive path for many people and due to family, local and even social beliefs within that community once you've crossed that line from sheep to your own personal shepherd there is no going back. For many with unnoticed mental illness this transition from "accepted" to "out cast" is too much to take.
Religion no matter the god, path or belief is deeply personal. Anyone who has the courage to step up and ask questions and provoke thought is well on their way to personal enlightenment.

I need confirmation on a practice case study dealing with transient ischemic strokes? We Answered:
This can actually be localized to a few different spots and the patient is described as "slurring" her words which is likely to be based on a motor deficit in speech generation rather than a Broca's aphasia which is more often a halting speech with difficulty finding words. We know the pt is hypertensive and hypercholesterolemic so atherosclerotic disease is likely. Given the repeated deficits in essentially the same brain area we should come up with a reason that will repeatedly target the same brain area (i.e. NOT cardioembolic and probably not carotid embolic). As such, I'd bet on intracranial stenosis of an MCA branch to the convexity affecting mainly frontal lobe motor cortex but with ischemia extending to the sensory strip at times. This localization could give speech deficits based on motor issues alone or could affect Broca's area.
Hypertension-related lacunar strokes can be preceded by TIAs in the same distribution. As such, both a internal capsule (with some thalamic effects) or a basis pontis localization are possible. The stuttering onset over a long period makes this less likely than a MCA stenosis as does the relative sparing of the leg function as with a lacune we are more likely to see face=arm=leg weakness.

I need a copy of a case study about unfair labor practice in the Philippines? We Answered:
try going to your local department of labor and ask. better yet if you know a labor law teacher(he/she should also be an attorney by profession) in your college or university, why not approach him/her and ask...else, look for it in the Supreme Court Reports Annotated (SCRA) in the public library or university library...
