I find case studies all the time. My small company does research for large companies every day. If you can let me know what exactly you are looking for, I can tell you the best ways to find them.

One really good thing to do is to look for reports from specific cities that have already done what you want to do. They will have paid thousands and hundreds of thousands to have case studies done. If you pull their reports (which are free since they are public record), you can find more case studies of different things you would like to do.

If you are thinking of opening a franchise or a business like a franchise, pull SEC filings from Yahoo Finance. Basically, you go to that company and look for "Investor Relations", "Annual Reports" and "SEC Filings."

If this is not what you require, post more info and I will tell you where to find it...if I know.

I've never had the problem of having to find a sample clinical report because my professor always provided them, but I decided do a search and see what popped up.

I did a google search for "sample psychological reports" and the first 3 or so hits looked pretty good from what I know. They used the main components that are necessary to complete a psychological report and can give you an idea of the information you need:
