No as their is no definition of "required time" for an exam nor is a teacher required by any law to "inform the student of chapters to study."

You can't sue for things that are not part of any legal code and haven't been promised in writing as part of a contract.


All students attending class would have had the same information and time to complete the test. Those who missed class and came late or had alternate test times must realize that such things are not the responsibility of the teacher to allow such alternatives. The same goes for the material. A student must assume that any and all material covered in a course is subject to testing. A teacher is in no way required to feed the student pablum with a spoon.

start with the federalist papers and keep reading. You are right that the more case law you study (and remember) the more effective attorney you will be. No time like the present to really dig into the major cases that helped form our legal system.
