Wedding poem or reading?We Answered:
Either of these two passages might do. They're by Khalil Gibran (who's one of my favourite authors) and they're both passages that I've heard and read in a few weddings. If they're too long then you could just use a paragraph or two.On Love: http://www.katsandogz.com/onlove.html

Any opinions on my personal statement? We Answered:
You have sent it in now, there is no point going over it. The more you think about it, the more you will regret what you have said and doubt yourself and you will just go slowly mental. Forget about it and try to enjoy the rest of year.Salvador Said:
With a 4.1 weighted GPA, 1330 (1960) SAT, 31 ACT, is it likely I will get into UF?We Answered:
why just go to UF? It seems like you have a chance at going to an Ivy League or to a better university like Emory University that will have smaller classes and more resources for students.Stella Said:
UGHHHHH HEEEEEELP... How do you survive a completely NON-objective teacher!?We Answered:
Try talking to the teacher and see how her grading works. You might think of it one way, but it might now be like how you think it is. If things still don't work out, and you really do think you will never pass her class, then definitely go talk to your counselor and change teachers. If YOU talking to your own counselor doesn't help, get your parents involved and tell them to go to the school, I assure you that they will definitely change teachers for you.P.S. When your counselor ask you why you want to change teachers, don't just tell them that you think the teacher don't like you, therefore he/she is giving you a bad grade or whatever. Think of a reasonable reason and really stand on it. Good luck with everything!

Do you see a loss in teamwork? We Answered:
In many ways, our society has lost it's ability to work together, which may be because humans are all about themselves in the end of things. But teamwork is a very important aspect of life. When people have motivation, they have a desire to succeed at a common cause. A good way to approach teamwork is to use task leadership, a goal oriented leadership. This leadership keeps people centered on a mission. Social leadership is useful as well because it encourages humans and pushed them to come together. Both of these leaderships are strong factors of individuality. Theory Y and X should also be considered before trying to motivate people. Theory X is a motivation using extrinsic factors such as money, and Theory Y uses intrinsic reasons such as self-satisfaction or self esteem. So in some ways we have lost our ability to work together, but when an issue is approached a certain way, and people are affected by a greater cause, you could be pleasantly surprised. :)
