Tuition is set by each individual school, so you would need to check each school for their own specifics - at the largest of these schools, Atlanta Metropolitan College, full-time tuition and fees are estimated at $1074 per semester for in-state students, and $3825 for out-of-state registrants.

Classification as an in-state resident may be difficult, because Georgia is pretty conservative in that regard. If your parents listed you as a dependent on their most recent tax return - or if you receive more than 50% of your financial support from your parents, you will automatically be classified as a resident of your parents' state of residence.
