yes he will fit in. especially if he will go to indiana state university which is 3/4 african american. the most important thing for him to focus on is his major. there is no need to worry about being a minority. i am by far the smallest minority in my school and i handle it quite well. i do not need to have people from my race around me all the time to make me feel secure. he needs to think about better things such as housing, transportation, finding a job, etc. not whether he will fit in if he is black.
