Remember that BU itself is actually quite large. The more info you can put on the envelope in terms of a precise address, the better. Last thing you want is for the envelope to arrive at 121 Bay State Road, have that be a high rise building of 30 floors, and have your envelope sit in limbo for a week before someone opens it and realizes it's transcripts, then loses it. So no, complete address, including the uni name and the office you're sending this to, please.
