What colleges/universities in Chicago have the best Pre-Med/Science programs? We Answered:
The University of Chicago, definitely. Northwestern University, as a top school, would certainly provide a fine premed preparation. Both universities are selective, however, and admissions are highly competitive. As for other schools, look over the list below and start doing some research.

Questions about universities/colleges in Chicago? We Answered:
apparently Columbia college of Chicago has a 95% acceptance rate for undergradsLynn Said:
Can someone give me a list of good universities and/or colleges that in or around Chicago? We Answered:
The Chicago area has a number of excellent universities, with the top ones being Northwestern and University of Chicago, though both are very difficult to get into and both are extremely expensive. In terms of public colleges, I don't think there are any nationally recognized schools in that area. The only one I know of is University of Illinois-Chicago. Though looking at Google, I also found Chicago State and Northeastern Illinois University...but I would pick U of I-Chicago.
If you can live on-campus, here are some other options:

University of Illinois-Urbana-Champaign seems the best overall in terms of public schools, but it's a couple of hours from Chicago.
