Although U of A is probably the best in what you have listed, University of Central Arkansas would probably be the best.. It is definitely a good little school.. Have you looked at John Brown? Its a pretty good school too..
However, none of these match up to U of A

Lyon College (liberal arts) in Batesville, AR (a private college $$)
ASU in Jonesboro. (a little of everything) www.astate.edu
University of Arkansas in Little Rock (great for health professions)
These are GREAT school with good reputations.
By the way, Arkansas is a great place to live!!!

Harding University in Searcy, AR
Ouchita Baptist in Arkadelphia, AR

These are the only colleges I know of that are religious based in Arkansas....CBC is really small though...I go to college at UCA and the campus looks like a high school campus compared to UCA. OBU is a pretty campus though and I only hear good things about Harding.
