There are only 28 vet schools in the entire US. Only one of those is in TN and that is at the University of Tennessee in Knoxville.

I live not too far away from it, and have a bunch of friends studying there. I'm not sure how great it is, but supposedly it's the premier cosmetology school in Tennessee, and it's in Knoxville. Good luck!

Johnson City, home of East Tennessee State University, is a great little town in the mountains, and the campus is very nice.

Vanderbilt University is located in Nashville and it's one of the highest ranked schools in the state and the country.
