none. You either take the SAT or the ACT. Or you don't go to an accredited/good college in the US. Being Canadian doesn't have anything to do with it, our college entrance exams test your English and math skills, not US history or government.

Colleges in the US that don't require the SAT or ACT are usually really really small liberal arts colleges, or weird private religious colleges. You aren't going to get a well rounded education at a school that doesn't have this minimum entrance standard. If you refuse to take the tests, your options are severely limited. You owe it to your self to take the SAT or ACT.
