I heard one of my friends talk about Clep tests- You can start then as soon as you have the knowledge to pass the tests. They cost some money per test but I believe you can take them at your local college... I've heard of 16 year olds having letters behind their name by starting young with these tests.

This is the starting paragraph on a website I quickly found.

The work from home jobs that aren't scams actually require work on your part - and if you're in need of money soon then you're likely to be sorely disappointed in any of those as well. Most of the legit opportunities out there take time to build - so if someone makes an outrageous claim of income it probably isn't true ( and those that are true sure didn't make that kind of money when they first began ).

I have other ideas that may help - one of them is an online opportunity but another is one that will require a little effort to market yourself - try some data entry for local businesses, many of them don't have the time to do it in-house and will gladly pay someone else to do it. Professionals are a good place to start, lawyers, doctors, chiropractors, etc - they need their "in-house" folks doing other things rather than busy work.

You can get grants, anytime you go to school. I'm doing distance education, taking one class televised, and one online, and I qualify for grants.

Have you looked at the Open University? They offer diplomas and degrees in psychology and design and many of their courses can be done entirely online or with very limited time spent in a classroom.

There is really no reason to spend thousands of pounds per year getting a questionable degree from a foreign school online when you can get a high quality degree for very little or no money.
