I would stay far faaar away from any enlistment to any military, airfoce, navy or related position.

This is a vocational school, not a college in the sense you may think. It is not accredited by one of the 6 bodies. There is no easy/short way around a college degree.

Nobody can promise you a job, but this school is not like a traditional cc and if you continue your education, your credits will not transfer.

No - full fledged university with a large student body and some pretty good professors.
US News ranks it as 2d tier national.

Not very difficult to get in, so that may be somewhat community-college-ish, but it is definitely not a 'blow off' school.
