If you have no photo education, definitely start with the first two courses (in my day it was Photo 1 and 2, PTY 101 and 102, respectively), but Macomb has them designated as MACA classes.

Once you have those done, you can add specialty classes, such as portrait, darkroom, digital media, etc. depending on what is offered. Professors on campus should be able to steer you in the right direction if you need more help. Congrats on selecting photography as your alternative! ;-)

No, they're not advertising nationally. Yahoo has the capability to run ads on a state-by-state basis. Before the elections, I regularly saw ads for politicians running in elections in my state. I'm sure they weren't shown nationwide.

This is something you should discuss with one of the nursing or pre-nursing counselors at your school. Or else, check and see if your school offers nursing information sessions and attend one of them so you know if you are going about on the right path.

If you don't feel comfortable (or don't have the time) to meet with a counselor, you can always email them your questions. Just go under the academic -> nursing section on your community college's website and find the email of one of the nursing professors, head-of, or admission counselors.
