MDCC-- Kendall, I attended there in 1976-7, transferred to UM. not sure where Wolfson is, check with guidance counselor or courses offered. Good Luck. MDCC is a very well known community college. It's professor requirements when I attended had to have master's or PhD to teach there. I had a great time. don't get mad, but my tuition was only 600$.

It's a community college, so just fill out an application, send in your high school transcripts, and you should be good to go.

I'm not sure what you're planning to do at MDC, but since it's a CC it only awards associate degrees, which are really only good for technical jobs (welding, computer science) and for college transfer (transferring to a 4 year college/university to get a bachelor degree)

go on craigslist and look for apartments in the coral gables/coconut grove area. don't necessarily look for cheapness because there are a lot of unsafe areas in south Florida.

go to the registrar's office at the nearest campus to you. It's a great college and they have transfer programs to baccalaureate degree programs. The professors are great.

You would need to have your transcript sent to miami dade...I would just go straight to the college of your choice if I were you though.

Miami Dade College is soooo slow with everything that they do...It normally takes them 2-4 weeks to process a transcript...and then sometimes they have problems with that.

I wouldnt risk it. Stay away from Miami-Dade College...Far away..lol.

There's one station in Downtown Miami right in front of the Miami Dade County Public Library- Main Branch.

It'll take you straight to it. I think its the last stop.

However I suggest you call metro dade transit authority and let them guide you.

Heres the site and number. It is relatively easy to get lost in Downtown and get off at the wrong station. You dont want to do that. You can get into some really funky areas.
