It all depends on how many credit hours you have earned and the school but I believe so. The best thing you can do, however, is to call the school. Here is the number to freshmen admissions services:800-752-1000. I know that's not really what category your question is under but admissions counselors are very helpful and will have answers for you 99.9% of the time. Hope everything turns out well for you.

According to the Univ. of Minnesota transfer admissions web pages you need 26 units or more in order for the ACT and high school transcripts to be unnecessary.
