Is it possible to complete some of your classes by taking online courses at a differnt online college?

We Answered:

the school which grants the degree has certain standards as to how many transferred credits it will allow. this guarantees them income plus helps maintain their academic integrity. mostly it's about money.

Any one ever done online college classes?

We Answered:

I just finished my associates from all online classes through our local community college. I just started going to a University online classes and still love it. I originally was a stay at home mom with two kids under the age of two and was completely able to do it all. Then I started working and still taking care of the family, and I love my online classes. I keep track when I have a due date, but my favorite feature is you can do assisgnments early. So when you know you have some free time I would definetely recommend doing as much as you can while you can. This relieves much of the tension between your classes and wanting to do fun stuff with your family or working. You still have a teacher to ask questions to if you find you are not getting a subject. Best of luck to you.

Do you like online college classes?

We Answered:

I have taken many online classes and a lot of teachers do tend to give more work. And your right it is irrelevant. I guess it is there way of being sure no matter what they give you, you are still putting your effort into it. I spend on average 5 hours per day after work doing homework for online classes. In my opinion, you do spend more time with online classes. but at least your not driving to class and then having to sit in class, then leave and do hw. My best advise is to stay organized, work ahead on the class if you can, such as reading the week before, check in very often throughout the day every day. It seems like a lot of work doing this, but in the long run it will save you a ton of time. Good luck and I bet with time you will actually prefer your online classes.

Daniel Said:

How do online college classes work?

We Answered:

Each college handles their classes differently, some are learn at your own pace and others are more regimented. Some have video based classes and others rely on more presentation formats and reading.
My best recommendation would be to contact a number of colleges to find the best fit for you and your needs (class format, schedule, career opportunities, etc.). Too often people enroll in the first school they find rather than taking the time to find the best school for them. Taking that time now could save you a lot of time, money and frustration if you choose the wrong school.
This site has some good info on regionally accredited online degrees and some colleges that offer them to help expand your search:

I think you can enter your info on there for any colleges you are interested in and they will send you more info for free. Good Luck!
