yes, you can send atlanta an app. there is no reason fro you not to be able to do so. it's just another school. i've heard the housing in savannah is really nice, i believe there is a bathroom for each room there. it really depends on which complex you chose to live in as far as number of people goes.

RISD is definitely more well known and respected. It's in a nice location too, if that matters. Many students that go to risd can take courses at brown (they virtually share campuses) through a partnership as well. RISD is up there with parsons, pratt, etc.
