According to the FSU Admissions website, all undergraduate transfers are required to have maintained a 3.0 GPA, in addition to meeting other admissions requirements like foreign language and academic mapping. I don't know if FSU has any reciprocal agreement with TCC that would allow you to be accepted with a lower GPA, but the Admissions office could tell you.

You want to go to TCC before you go to FSU, but your parents want you to go to some other CC (I'll call it XCC) instead of TCC? How do they feel about your going to FSU?
If your goal is to get your grades up, you should think about whether it will be easier to do that at TCC or XCC. WIll staying at home make you party less and study more? (remember, you are trying to getyour grades up ...) Will moving to the town that XCC is in, and then living on your own, take too much time out from going to classes and doing homework? Will it cost more to go to TCC or XCC? Will you eat better at home, have a bigger TV, a comfier bed, etc.? Will your parents be more likely to give you $$ for school if you stay home so they can see that you're dedicated to raising your grades? You have to think of what the benefits and drawbacks are for you at either place, and then explain the pluses and minuses to your parents.

Don't forget that you'll be away from home when you eventually go to FSU, so you won't be with your prents for ever.

About 15 scouts but there going to be like secret agents u wont be able to tell if there scouts . the odds are very rare but u might have a skill that some one is looking for remember this in life people remember how you finish not how you start!- so try to finish strong and go for it. if u wont try ull have a what if hanging over u for the rest of ur life!! and if u fail at least u can tell ur self u tried. not many people can be part of a chance like that
