I think you're on the right track for getting in to a 'Top 100' school. It sounds like you're strong in your academics and that you're a well-rounded individual.

Though you're a foreign/international student and will be taking the TOFEL (which is probably what schools will look at), I would suggest that you work on developing your English vocabulary as a way to prepare for that section of the SAT.

If you're college application packet is solid (a strong essay with good recommendations), you should be able to get into a 'Top 100' school. (Also, check to see what those schools' admission requirements are; I'm sure you'd be able to get in to some of the schools without any trouble whereas others might not accept you. Every school is different.)

US news college rankings are perhaps the most accurate out their. However, know that the some places are interchangeable. Besides the top 3 Most of the top 20 can switch places easily. You should go by tiers instead.
