Please simplify your question. Do you mean - Do some colleges refuse entry to certain people? Perhaps you think some colleges are unfairly selecting certain candidates.? A college is a place of higher learning. Not all students reach the necessary educational standard for consideration of a placement. This is purely selection on ability, which is after all what it is all about.

Brit college is in the Tier 4 list as of 22-01-10.the latest list of approved education providers.

however there is no such thing as BLACKLIST. it is unofficial. the colleges which are not in the approved list can be termed BLACK listed, unofficially.

Varsity sports are not very big in the UK. I honestly doubt anyone you meet on the street in the UK who was not a member of these teams would be able to answer your question.

Anyhow even professional football teams (soccer) in the UK do not have the kind of nicknames associated with other sports.

If you college is not on the list then your visa is no longer valid regardless if you receive a student visa. Should you try to enter the UK with a visa for a rejected school you will be stopped at border and be refused entry due to the fact you are no longer a genuine student. However if you are in the UK your visa is no longer valid and you are subject to removal.

My advice to you would be if you are not in the UK then apply to another school that is on the list and once accepted reapply for your student visa. However if you are in the UK I would immediately contact an immigration solicitor due to the fact your visa is no longer valid and you are subject to removal. If you cannot afford an immigration solicitor then the only advice I could give would be to return home and begin the process again. If you stay in the UK or attempt to enter the UK with a visa that is no longer valid it may adversely impact any future application you make. Therefore it is important that you follow the spirit of the rules and respect for the laws of the UK by doing everything you can to make sure you are lawfully in the UK.
