West Coast College
Terry Said:
Is it harder for a student form the east coast to get into college in the west (specifically cali)? We Answered:
Berkeley does not factor race into its admissions criteria, so being Asian and female is not a strike against you. HOWEVER, not being a California resident will be a strike against you. Berkeley does not take many out-of-state students, and the bar set for them is exceedingly high (your 4.2 won't cut it, esp. considering I'm from CA and I got in with a 4.3 ten years ago -- competition has gotten stiffer over the years).I hate saying this 'cause I'm a Cal grrl, but you stand a better shot going for Stanfurd. However they do use affirmative action in their admissions, so being Asian and female might hurt your chances a little. Stanfurd does take more out-of-state students than Cal, though.
How are your SAT scores? You might want to break 680 in each section to stand a better chance.

Anyone taken programs at West Coast College of Health Care?We Answered:
I dont even live in BC but in general when searching information on a school attending their school open house and meeting with an advisor at the school will answer any questions. When attending open houses or the like you can meet students in the program you wish to attend and meet the professors and ask questions while getting a feel for the school and the people in it.
The schools website provides student testimonies and seems like a pretty good school.Call them up for a tour and find out when their next open house is..
Good luck

Is West Coast Baptist college a good college? We Answered:
No - it is not accredited and your coursework and degrees will probably not be recognized by any legitimate school or professions. There are a number of very good schools that are accredited and that hold with IFB teachings.
I would readily send my daughter to the University of Mary Hardin Baylor in Belton, Texas for example.

What is a good college for me preferably west coast/mid west(more details)? We Answered:
It depends on what you want to study. The Big Ten schools would all fit your criteria.Wisconsin. They do have a slight party reputation, but it's balanced by equally challenging academics and great sports!
Indiana has a beautiful campus and some outstanding programs. They've also been known to enjoy themselves from time to time. The students take a lot of pride in their school and are very active in clubs/organizations.
Northwestern will be stronger academically and you get to live near Chicago which is cool. Sports aren't great, and neither are the parties, but the degree will take you far.
Michigan is also strong academically with strong sports. Not so great on the parties, but they can let loose every once in a while. Tough to get into and expensive (as is Northwestern).
Just don't go to Illinois and you'll be fine!
