The school and her teacher most likely have tons of assessments for this student. Have her parents talk with her current teacher and she should give you a list of the areas that need work.

Testing is done every year. No need to waste time reinventing the wheel. Get the infomation and start from there.

If it's one of those fundies trying to do that thing where they disguise, for example, the watchmaker analogy to catch out atheists, then I give them an answer based on my opinion of the watchmaker analogy, because that's clearly what they're asking. No point beating about the bush.
