To learn any language u need to practice it. As a saying " Practice makes a man perfect" so u have following options:

1. Read English Books, Novels, Newspaper etc. (always keep a dictionary with you to understand the meaning)

2. Watch english movies in which words spoken by the actors are written on the screen so that u can understand, speak and get a grip over it.

3. try to speak in english with the people you know and ask to correct you if u r wrong this will help u a lot never feel ashamed of being corrected.

Cloze is equivalent to a fill in the blank type test where one suggests words which have been deleted from a text.
