Gmat Reading Comprehension

Roland Said:

Is 21 years of age too old to improve one's reading comprehension?

We Answered:

Short answer: no.
I only really started reading and writing when I was 22 and now I have a degree in English Literature, a degree in Linguistics and a Masters in Applied Linguistics.
So is there anyone on this earth better qualified to answer this question? No.
I'm proof that it can be done. You can do it.
Good luck.

Manhattan GMAT books free download links please!!?

We Answered:

Dear these books are copyright material and not available for free. Even if you manage to find these on internet, the time and money spent in downloading is not that worth besides taking such risks as virus attack and computer security problems which accompany these free downloads.

Improve reading comprehension?

We Answered:

I'm in the same boat with the LSAT. First, in order to practice, buy GMAT, GRE and LSAT review books for the verbal sections. Second, when you read a passage, paraphrase every paragraph. Do not try to spend time reading it on the test, ecause you don't have that much time, just paraphrase. You have to get good at this. This means you will have to start reading for fun. I'm not talking about math books. Textbooks are hard to read, but they're mainly simple sentences that express complicated ideas. RC passage are simple ideas ingrained in a complex sentence. Som read fiction. Good luck

gmat Reading comprehension sites?

We Answered:

Go to your local book store and buy a review book. There are some things available online but I never could find anything really good. Pearson (www.mba.com) also sells an official review book with all kinds of questions in it. There is also a free practice test you can download from www.mba.com.

Edgar Said:

How can I develop my reading comprehension and reading speed for standardized tests? ?

We Answered:

Try the PowerScore LSAT Reading Comprehension Bible. It's for LSAT, but the ideas apply to any standardized test.
