Grade 3 English Comprehension
Elizabeth Said:
Could somebody please answer some of my questions related to English? We Answered:
1. I think he knows, means you think he knows about something. I should have thought he knew, means that you expected someone to know something, and maybe they didn't after all.2. Neither. Best would be: He passed me the salt.
3. Not sure, but untrained native speakers can read 250 words per minute, and can be trained to read up to 500.
Hope this helped.
