Speed Reading as an Auditory Learner ?We Answered:
I've learned speed reading a few months ago and I don't think there are any problem for you to learn it. Right now I can still choose to read with the old ways that I used to. I just acquire the technique of speed reading and I can use it when I like to.BTW, I've mentioned how I learned speed reading in another answer here, see if you're interested:

speed reading materials?We Answered:
I took the Evelyn Woods speed reading during college, it teaches you to skim. Your eyes can pick up stuff faster than your brain can comprehend it. You look at chunks of words instead of each word as you follow the sentence. Try looking at a page and just glance at about 3 lines x 4 words area real fast then close your eyes... you will remember a few words. With practice your brain can put it all together and you get the main idea. This is not for specific answers, you need to go back for that, but it will help get reading done for general questions. I ended up having about 72% comprehension reading a small paperback in 20 minutes (The Black Pearl)Helped me pass, as otherwise I would probably still be trying to read some of those textbooks hahah.
You can probably teach yourself, just google speed reading online free.
Good luck
