Kevin Said:

does anone have any sites to improve reading comprehension and language arts?

We Answered:

Basic rule in reading comprehension is: Read until you do not understand what you just read, form (think of) a question on what the missing meanings are from the group of words.

Put down your reading material.

Search for an answer and then go back to where you left off in your marked reading and begin reading again.

After practicing the method for awhile you will get better at comprehending the meanings of sentences and paragraphs.

Language is a form to sound association. If you can picture what a word or a group of words means from any language you will be able to reason with it and learn the language easier. For example: If you want a grapefruit and you are in a Portuguese speaking country, think of a moose with pimples, that look like grapefruits, and you get pimple moose phonetically, and it is how they pronounce the word.

Now if I could just remember where I put the properly spelled word I could even help you with that.
