Verbal Comprehension= Ability to verbally express rules of society.Verbal Reasoning= Ability to verbally compare and contrast words (same as verbal analogies), may also include vocabulary which is simply giving a verbal definition to a word.
Pictorial Reasoning= Planning and predicting what will occur next in a visual sequence.
Figural Reasoning= Puzzles. The puzzles can be totally visually based or combine visual/perceptual skills and fine motor replication of the pattern.

Percentage required to pass a test?We Answered:
Really depends how hard the test is.50-60% is usually where pass marks go, and 80-90% is usually the "above average" section for most tests, but if there is a really elite school they might be after close to 100%.
On the other hard, if they're a really elite school their test might be extremely hard, in which case they might consider 70% a good score.
Try asking someone who's already sat it, or someone from the school involved in admissions.
