Because they're saying that an MBA is preferable, I think you'll still be considered for it because you have what they prefer. If you didn't have the MBA, then that would be another story because you won't have the business background needed for these jobs. But with your MBA, you do have the necessary business training. So I think you'll be considered here.

The big question is whether you even want to put your undergrad degree on your resume at all. Since it's in a totally unrelated field, it doesn't really help you. That is unless it's a biomed company or something healthcare related.

So my suggestion would be to take it off your resume unless you're dealing with a biomed or healthcare company. That way, all they'll see if that you have the preferred MBA under your belt.

Business degrees usually require an introductory calculus class, and at least one statistics class--maybe two. So you will likely end up taking around 4 math classes (College Algebra(can be waived), Calculus, Stats, Stats).

On the science end of things, you will have to take at least one lab science to fulfill general education requirements; at some schools two are required.

If you struggle with math, Business might be tough for you because you will have to take accounting, finance, and economics classes. These all rely on math in some form or another.

Your question is kind of confusing. But I think I kind of know what you were saying. First, almost all colleges require at least two years of a foreign language, some prefer 3 or 4, doesn't matter the major. Second, you'd have to finish your BA or BS to apply for an MBA. Worry about getting your undergraduate degree first, then getting a masters. Good luck with school.

An AS degree in Accounting is enough to get a entry level job as an accountant in most places. When you move on to get your BS, you will find that many more options will be available to you.
