I was in the same position as you. I went to the local school district and began to volunteer there, at the school where my children attended. Soon, I was asked to sub for the paraprofessionals ( teacher's aids) there. After a time, there was job openings, and I applied. I was hired, and have been in this field for the past 17 years. All schools have a substitute list for their paraprofessionals. I would suggest to go to your school district office, and set yourself up as a sub. By doing this, you will have the option of choosing which days you want to work, and will be able to sample all of the different jobs therein. Also, you will have the same hours as your son. I have never been sorry that I did this. Good luck to you!!!!

A degree would be helpful but not necessary. Taking time to get certified is great but not needed. If anyone is going to run a business our of their home, you need to find out if your house is in a zone that permits businesses. You will need to go and apply for a business license. You will need to get a tax I.D. number for filing taxes and to buy supplies, transportation etc. as it can be claimed and probably get tax returns for the first few years. Keep all of your receipts for tax purposes. Call your local gov. to find out if there are volunteers to help you set up a business plan. Good luck...have fun.

aloe is okay.Not especially helpful after blister has formed, though. iodine is not. Cover the blister with a dry dressing. Do not pop the blister. Keep away from heat. Wait. Blister will go down and peel off on its own.
