I'm not suggesting to forgo a higher education. From personal experience, I know that a higher degree doesn't necessarily mean you'll be making more or less money, compare to those who forgo a higher education. I have friends w/out the higher degrees, ( making twice or even triple compared to those w/the higher degrees) Currently, I have friends that are still paying off their school loans / debts. They constantly wonder if their higher degrees were even worth it?.?.

I guess in the end, I suggest pursuing something you're passionate about. There's nothing better than going to work, and getting paid for something you actually enjoy doing.

Sure. As long as your degree is from an accredited institution. Make sure you also have a high GPA and LSAT scores. Law school admissions is very numbers-oriented.

yeah, kind of, but its also better if you had experience too. You might be able to get some entry level job (i remember seeing a job posting that asked for at least an A.A. and a couple years of experience)

it all depends on the requirements of the major you are looking transfer into. you will most likely have to take some additional classes but i would assume that alot of your prereqs would be complete already.
