What is better for jobs, history or spanish degree?

We Answered:

Definitely a spanish degree would be much more beneficial. Unless you want to teach history, I wouldn't waste my time getting a degree in that. Employers are always looking for people with spanish speaking skills.

What jobs can you do wih a history degree, other than teaching?

We Answered:

Librarian, government analyst, insurance claims adjuster, spy for the CIA, McDonald's cashier, WalMart greeter, politics (either behind the scenes or as a representative), news archivist for a local TV station or newspaper, reporter in front of the camera, Human Resources, etc.

Don't limit yourself. Some employers are just looking for a college graduate, but you can insert history into almost any job; you just have to make the employer see the connection.
