If it is an accredited school, then you'll be treated the same.

Not all online programs are created equal. Your best bet is to stick with a school that has a "real" brick and mortar campus PLUS an online degree program.

You'll also be better off with a more traditional major. For instance, the FBI likes accounting and Computer Science. They'll teach you all the counterterror stuff you need to know when they hire you. You won't really learn anything that useful in an online degree program about Intelligence Operations, I promise.

I will recommend you the American Military University. Its for both civilians and military. If you are military they will be very flexible with your deployments. But believe me, its a good online university. I just started school there and its the best. They are VERY flexible.
