It depends on what type of financing aid you apply or qualify for. Also depends on your financing and payment plans you decide to do. Just call or go to a campus and talk to the admissions advisor.
I am starting SJVC this month for the Pharmacy Tech program. I applied for the Federal Pell Grant and got over 5000$.

I am going into Human Resources and I have my BA in Psychology. That said, I will shortly be going back to school to get my Masters in Human Resources. The company I currently work for will not hire ANYONE for a Human Resources position that does not have experience in the field already. So basically, I have to do another position first and get promoted to Human Resources (that is the only other way my company allows people to get into the position.)

From what I understand Human Resources positions are very hard to get. And although Psychology is very much related to the field of Human Resources...most of the positions I have looked at require a Bachelor's degree or higher.

If you don't have time to go to school, do you have time to study? You'd be best to find out how the organisation issuing the degree is regarded in your future employment field - how sad to spend all the money and then be laughed at when they read your resume. A degree from a reputable university gained online will be indistinguishable from one gained by face to face attendance. Be careful, also not to assume that an associate degree will have the same status as a real degree .. which is not what you have.

if you are taking classes on line, why does the school have to be in Virginia? if on line degrees aren't benefiting you, why waist time seeking another on line degree?

I am also a graduate student at AMU like Corvus and I'm very satisfied with what my school provides from every single aspect. If a school is regionally accredited, it should not be a problem that it is online but online schools have good and bad reputation as well. Always look for a school that has regional accreditation and a real campus. I am hoping for a good job with my degrees even though I think I will want to complete another Master's in a traditional institution in the future. Online education helps you save time that you would spend traveling to a campus and it is much more flexible - but it is not true that you won't have to study a lot - I went to a brick and mortar college before starting my online education and I have to study much more as an online student. I'm not complaining, it is good that online education is not just a diploma mill and I am sure most employers realize that too. So my answer is just do what you want, you won't regret it as long as you invest all your energy and ambitions into learning something new.
