No. There are career-specific certifications for which your work experience would prepare you to take an exam, and there are degrees that are partly founded on an apprenticeship kind of system. But the former is not a degree and the latter is not quite the same as a job. Any online "school" that promises to give you a BA or an MA for doing nothing other than your regular job should be considered a scam, or as they sometimes suggest in their fine print, an expensive novelty item.

On-the-job learning is not the same as university learning. One is not necessarily more valuable than the other, they are just different, and most employers prefer both. To try and get a two-for-one deal is redundant (and a waste of money) at best, and at worst, dishonest. Your work experience is on your resumé already. Why pay hundreds of dollars for a piece of paper that says the same thing? It will not be accepted by employers as an academic degree; you can only hope that they only think you're being naïve and not fraudulent by purchasing it.

If you're set on the idea of getting a fast, work-related degree, depending on your line of work, many technical and vocational schools offer programs designed for people already working and they will work with you to apply what you learn at school to your job and vice versa. They're usually a lot faster than traditional degrees, and keep in mind that a real associate's degree will carry more weight than a fake bachelor's. Or you might look into whether there are any certifications you can get to advance your career and prepare for the relevant exams.

In addition to what Roaring provided you: Know that using one of those degrees is illegal (as in go to jail for fraud) in several states in the US.

If you insist on doing it that way, you would need to find one that nobody has heard of. If it's well known as "cheap and fast" then everyone else knows that it's "cheap and fast" too.

Add: If a degree mill is acceptable to your employer than you'd be foolish not to simply create your own fake university and print yourself a diploma and transcripts on your laser printer. Some person out there has created all of the degree mills, why not start your own.

There is no "best" fake diploma. They are all equally fake. The cheapest and fastest fake diploma you can get is one you just make up yourself. If you're going to go with a fake at least be creative about it.

Some legitimate universities will credit you with life experience for one or two basic level courses, but then require you to take the advanced level course in that area to prove you know your stuff. No legitimate university online or otherwise will give you a degree based on life and work experience. THat is only done by phony diploma mills. You will waste your money, or if it does give you a temporary advantage, then later it will become a millstone around your neck because you will be constantly embarassed and afraid that someone will notice that your "degree" is a fake.
THere is no shortcut. Take the courses, get the good grades and then be proud of what you did, just like everyone else has done, and like the people who are asking you to do a degree expect.
