Try using a search engine and inquiry all the U.S. (or wherever you are e.g. Britain, Australia, Ireland) universities that have sister universities in Japan. Make a list of the universities that you find and go to the official web sites. Do a quick search of their offered majors and see if the one you wish to pursue is offered.

Chances are that it is offered in Japan as well
